MTN Nigeria unveils BlackBerry 10 data plans
MTN have revealed that the unlimited data
service that had become a hallmark of BlackBerry devices in most African countries
will not be offered with the BlackBerry Z10 on network.
MTN gave the warning to customers that
devices running on the new BlackBerry 10
platform will not support the existing
BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) data
packages.

Fifa grants goalline technology licence to German firm
A third company has been licensed by Fifa to
provide goalline technology systems. The
German firm Cairos has had its system
approved by the world governing body and
will be able to tender for use in next year’s
World Cup and the Premier League.

Ja rule: from one prison to another
Ja Rule has finished serving his sentence for
possession of an illegal firearm. The rapper was released from prison yesterday morning (21 Feb) but Ja isn’t out of the woods just yet.
